INGREDIENTS

– Instant vanilla pudding – Pumpkin pie spice – Salt – Pumpkin puree – Maple syrup – Vanilla extract – Milk – Heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk together all of the ingredients EXCEPT the heavy cream and beat until smooth. Separately, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, 3 to 4 minutes. Then fold into the mousse.

INSTRUCTIONS

Spoon into serving dishes and top with remaining whipped cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve
