INGREDIENTS

Cabbage Red onion Carrots Olive Oil Tomato Paste Apple cider vinegar Cilantro Salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute the onions and carrots until soft, then add in the cabbage and cook for 10-15 minutes. 

INSTRUCTIONS

Add in the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything well and turn off the heat. Garnish & serve.
