Easy Glitter Hoop DIY

Glitter Hoops

You know how sometimes you just *need* that super simple craft? Like how after you've been sick and need something easy to help you get back into the swing of things? I recently fought with a migraine and needed to do something in the hazy aftermath, but wasn't up to anything major. I use my glitter hoops for a lot of my needlework and this was the perfect excuse to get a stack made for future projects. *This post contains affiliate links. Quick and Easy Scrapbook Photo Frame

By now, you've probably caught on to the fact that I'm a craft supply hoarder. It's bad. Scott trips over my mess constantly. I've taken over pretty much the entire house with different crafts in different areas. I promised him that I would use up as much as I could this year instead of buying more. Ballpark Style

There's nothing better than going to a baseball game on a beautiful day. We're lucky to have a minor league ballpark nearby and make full use of it. Our first game of the season was absolutely perfect. I made full use of my most recent Stitch Fix box. My jeans and shirt are both from it. I love the details on what would otherwise be just a tshirt and jeans. And in case you were wondering, Pippi was in charge of my photo shoot. My ballpark style is comfortable with a touch of ... Easy Pulled Pork and Quesadillas

We're all about easy, versatile food in this house. Scott and I are big fans of cooking a large portion of something in order to freeze most of it for later. One of our go-tos is an easy pulled pork and one of our ways to use it up is making quesadillas. I'm sharing both with you today. We buy a 6-7 pound pork shoulder and then cut it into fist-sized pieces in order to fit it into the crock pot. (We have a 6 quart crock pot and can fit all of it.) The spice rub is easy and you ... Everyday Style with Flawed Perfection Jewelry

I want to introduce you to a line of jewelry that I've quickly fallen in love with. Not only is Flawed Perfection Jewelry gorgeous with a ton of options and something for everyone, but Megan gives some of her proceeds to a different featured charity every month. For the month of May, she's giving to NAMI San Diego and you can read about it here. This is a total win/win! I'm wearing Mystic Sparkle Earrings in Silver Night. I find that I can be wearing jeans and a t-shirt, but if I have ... Read More

Welcome

about me

I’ve wanted to be an archaeologist, in theatre, a judge, and to run a museum. While I try to decide what I want to be when I grow up, I spend my time crafting and exploring the world. Read More…
